We prefer to invest in companies that have shown some traction, either from a product development standpoint or in terms of market validation. Everything is easily summarized by the "3 I's":

• Investment. We've invested as little as $25,000 and up to $400,000 in individual opportunities
• Involvement. For all investments, we at least expect to be used as a sounding board for major decisions. To the extent we can provide value, we will serve on the board
• Industry. Open to all industries, but have backgrounds in healthcare and business services
